Associate Account Executive
About the role
Who Are We? This stealth legal AI startup is building software to make in-house legal teams faster, smarter, and a lot less buried in repetitive work. Backed by top-tier investors and already working with customers, the team is early, sharp, and moving with real urgency. What’s in It for You? Get hands-on exposure to the full enterprise sales cycle, not just top-of-funnel work Step into real ownership early, with the expectation of owning a book of business within 12 months Work directly with founders and senior teammates on active, high-stakes deals Join a seed-stage team with strong momentum, real customer traction, and competitive cash plus equity Relocation support is available for the right candidate, up to $10K What Will You Do? Own RFP responses end-to-end across sales, post-sales, and product Manage security questionnaires and vendor assessments for enterprise prospects Build proposals, pricing presentations, and quote configurations that help move deals forward Support contract workflows from first redline through signature Maintain and improve core sales materials including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive collateral Partner with marketing and sales to improve outreach, pipeline reporting, data hygiene, and process documentation Grow into direct account ownership and a defined quota-carrying territory over time What Will You Need? Strong written communication skills, especially for proposals, RFPs, and executive-facing materials Sharp attention to detail, especially in compliance-adjacent or high-stakes work like security reviews Comfort operating in an environment where process is still being built A real ownership mindset and the ability to do substantive work without a lot of hand-holding Curiosity about how complex enterprise deals come together Interest in startup pace and early-stage intensity Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or sales operations is a plus, but not required This one is not a classic SDR track role dressed up in a nicer jacket. It is much closer to an apprenticeship for enterprise selling, with real deal exposure from day one.
